This assessment is suitable to identify developmental concerns, their impacts & beneficial interventions to support an NDIS Early Childhood Early Intervention application.

STEPS:

1. Prediagnostic Testing & Assessment Interview
Payment required: $334.49

a. Consent Form required

b. Tests will be emailed to Parent/Carer & Early Childhood Teacher/Other Adult.

c. Assessment Interview:

In person interview - Child & Parent/Carer

*This is booked once all Parent/Carer tests have been completed.

2. Early Childhood Developmental Needs Report & NDIS Access Request Form

Payment required: $334.49

*3. Optional Handover Appointment with Client

Payment required at Booking:  $222.99

To explain the findings and any recommendations.

Single Disciplinary Diagnostic Assessment -Autism & ADHD

You will need to share the report with a Paediatrician/Psychiatrist for NDIS & DET. This option is recommended if considering Medication or you have a Paediatrician/Psychologist in place.

ADHD medication: please note you do not need an assessment from a psychologist for ADHD in order to receive medication. In most cases, it is easier and more cost effective to go straight to a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists will need to do their own due diligence due to prescribing schedule 8 medications and some may not accept my report. Every psychiatrist has a different process.

STEPS:

b. Tests will be emailed to Parent/Carer & Teacher

c. Brief  Report outlining Results & Recommendations.

2. Diagnostic Assessment Interview

 Parent/Carer -

1 x 2 hour telehealth session
Payment required at Booking:  $595.00

 This is a detailed assessment that will explore the developmental, social & medical background of the Client.

 3. Diagnostic Assessment Interview Child -

1 x 1 hour face to face session
Payment required at Booking:  $595.00

 The therapist will conduct a MIGDAS assessment with the Child. Brief feedback will be offered to the Parent/Carer. Wherever possible, this is done without the Parent/Carer in the therapy room.

4. Full Diagnostic Assessment Report

5. Handover Appointment with Parent/Carer

Payment required at Booking:  $593.92

To explain the findings and any recommendations. Following feedback, NDIS reports will be completed.

  External Appointment with Paediatrician/Psychiatrist

You will need a Doctors referral to a Paediatrician/Psychiatrist, we can assist with the process if you need this.
