Multidisciplinary Diagnostic Assessment Autism & ADHD

This assessment is accepted by the NDIS. It may still be beneficial to consult a Psychiatrist.

ADHD medication: please note you do not need an assessment from a psychologist for ADHD in order to receive medication. In most cases, it is easier and more cost effective to go straight to a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists will need to do their own due diligence due to prescribing schedule 8 medications and some may not accept my report. Every psychiatrist has a different process.

STEPS:

1. Prediagnostic Testing
Payment required: $232.99

a. Consent Form required

b. Tests will be emailed to Client & Other Adult.

c. Brief  Report outlining Results & Recommendations.

Other Adult can include a parent, spouse, grandparent, aunt/uncle or long term friend

2. Diagnostic Assessment Interview 1

 Client & Other Adult -

1 x 3 hour telehealth session
Payment required at Booking:  $634.14

 This is a detailed assessment (Psychologist or Social Worker) that will explore the developmental, social & medical background of the Client.

 2. Diagnostic Assessment Interview 2

 Client & Other Adult -

1 x 1 hour telehealth session
Payment required at Booking:  $634.14

 This is a detailed assessment (Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist) that will explore the developmental, social & medical background of the Client. Handover can be booked from 2 weeks in advance, at the time of the 2nd assessment interview.

4. Full Diagnostic Assessment Report.

5. Handover Appointment with Client (can include Other Adult)

Payment required at Booking:  $634.14

To explain the findings and any recommendations. Following feedback, NDIS reports will be completed.
