What to do when my Child says NO!

On Demand Parent Training Videos

When your child says “no” it can feel frustrating, overwhelming, and neverending.

But saying “no” is a normal and important stage of child development.

At Supersaurus, we support parents to move from reacting to

responding with confidence, connection, and clear boundaries.

Whether you are navigating behaviour, strong emotions,

or everyday power struggles,

this resource helps you understand your child

and respond in ways that support long-term development.

You've just watched Video 1 of our full parenting series.

If this resonated, the complete on-demand program

covers everything from here.

In our parenting videos, we explore:

🦕 Why children say “no” (and what it really means)

🦕How behaviour is a form of communication

🦕Practical, evidence-informed strategies to respond calmly

🦕Ways to build emotional regulation, independence, and cooperation
