Psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessment

Conducted by our MULTIDISCIPLINARY team with a detailed assessment report

outlining needs and recommendations suitable for NDIS.

A psychosocial functional capacity assessment, within the context of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), evaluates how a person's psychosocial disability impacts their daily life and ability to participate in activities.

It helps identify an individual's strengths, areas of difficulty, and support needs,
ultimately informing the development of a tailored NDIS plan (New or for Review).

The Diagnostic Assessment, Cognitive, Educational and Early Childhood Developmental Needs Assessments
all include a Psychosocial Capacity Assessment.

The process for these assessments are similar to the Diagnostic Assessment - Child, Adolescent and Adult.

A Service Agreement is required. Unless otherwise specified, all of our Psychosocial Capacity Assessments are conducted by our Multidisciplinary Team to ensure that the NDIS will accept the recommendations.
