Telehealth Appointments

All of our therapists are able to provide Telehealth Appointments. Some only offer appointments via Telehealth.

Please check under their PROFILE to find out if you can see them face to face or via telehealth.


These appointments are conducted using MS Teams. This is a VIDEO call. If need help with this, please contact us to find out about using our office to complete this video telehealth appointment.

After hours appointments cannot be offered in our offices.

PAYMENTS - Self Managed NDIS or Private Clients


Payments for telehealth appointments will be required PRIOR TO the appointment. We will email the invoice to you the Friday prior to your appointment. You will be able to make payment via bank transfer (details will be in the email) or, our receptionist will call to take payment over the phone.


PAYMENTS - Plan Managed NDIS or Third Party Payers


A Service Agreement will be required for NDIS Plan Managed clients. We will invoice the Plan Manager directly.


Please note, if payment is not made within 21 days, or is rejected by your Plan Manager,

payment by the client or their representative will be required.


If a Third Party has agreed to pay your invoices, we will require confirmation in writing to accounts@supersaurus.com.au
